DRIFT was setup to offer people access to professional advice to help them start a new business or get support with their socially minded organisation (this could be a charity, community group or social enterprise).

Who is behind this?

My name is Paul Read and I started DRIFT as a side project to support people who want to start a business, improve their charity and grow their social enterprise.
I am a SFEDI accredited business adviser with over 15 years of experience supporting people from all backgrounds and all sectors.  In that time I have specialised in creative start-ups, environmental projects, charities and social enterprises, but I am happy to speak to anyone at any stage of their business or community project.
